This is a great Keto cookbook that has eight hundred recipes that can all be fixed easily and quickly and with just five ingredients. I love recipes like these. Some week nights its crazy and I don't always have the time to deal with a ton of ingredients and I want something that is easy to make. This book does both.
If you're following the keto diet and want the most up to date information this book with 800 recipes has all you need to pursue your best health and enjoy good meals. They provide a 28-day meal plan and most of the meals have five ingredients so will be very quick to prepare.
My kids use to hate when I go on Keto kicks. Now our favorite dish is chicken fingers and mustard, if you couldn't tell from the pics, and it forsure saves us a lot of bickering and meltdowns. They eat what I do and I feel better about what’s going in our bodies, and my grocery bill is a lot less than during my other failed attempts. No fancy brands or ingredients I’ll only use once then let go to waste in the fridge, and I can plan our week around ten or so things that my husband can eat too. Grocery runs are a mom’s worst enemy (especially with a bladder like mine). I just bought the book and I made the Tuscan kale salad with anchovies and the zucchini lasagna. Both were delicious. I haven't eaten anchovies in years, so this was a chance to give them another chance.
The recipes are easy to make and many of the ingredients are things I keep close at hand. Even at the last minute, I can flip through this cookbook and find a delicious recipe that matches what's in the fridge. I cannot compliment this author enough. The recipes are so quick and easy to put together ... and they taste great! I highly recommend this book. My Zucchini Lasagna is now in the oven.

I’ll be the first to let people know how hard Keto is. Super worth it, not for the faint of heart. I’ve failed more times than succeeded, don’t judge me, but I always lose a ton of weight and give up. Bread, amirite? This cookbook was given to me as a gift and I intended to let it sit on a shelf along with every other expensive one I havein my collection. My roommate decided to give it a go and of course, I wanted to be supportive. We’re on different shifts so we never eat together. When he didn’t complain for the first few days I got really suspicious, figured he’d failed, and texted him to ask. Turns out he was just really enjoying the food! I’ve hopped back on the Keto train and we share the meal-prep on Sunday. Never thought I’d make it this far again, but I owe it to the bacon-positive pages in tis book.
Of all the keto cookbooks I own, I have to say that this is one of the finest. I like the variety of recipes, especially because they are practical and, as the title suggests, "for busy people," so if you don't have a lot of time to cook and need a practical book, this is it. These are my two favorite recipes: shrimp lettuce wrap and chicken tetrazzini
